He was born in Nyíregyháza, Hungary in 1969. He took his first photographs at the Nyíregyháza Photo Club in 1989. He is a member of the Studio of Young Photographic Artists since 1992 and the Association of Hungarian Photographic Artists since 1995. He attended a photographic study tour in the USA in 2003. He was awarded with the József Pécsi Photography Fine Art Grant in 2002, 2003 and 2004 and the Town Art Grant of Nyíregyháza in 2008.
